Buccaneers of the Stratosphere: Synopsis Pt 1

The year is 1947 in a world that is still recovering from a World War that has seen the use of a nuclear bomb to bring it to an end. Joseph Stalin has seized control of the New Soviet Union and has embarked on what will become the Cold War between itself and the rest of the free world.

This however; is not the end of the changes yet to come...

…In the spring of 1947, mankind witnesses the return of The Fae. The Fae Folk, a race of beings long believed to be little more than myth by all but the "nuttiest" people. It is the pronouncement of their hierarchy, "…man has failed in its stewardship of the world and that the Fae will now take the reigns once more."

Needless to say there is resistance, sadly war rages anew but this time there it is man against Fae. The outcome is one that is anticipated but hardly favorable.

The result, Mankind remains in pocket cities around the globe clinging to its ways of life and technology while Fae rule covers the rest of the world and returns to a more feudalistic system. There is however; one more thing to add to the mix of this story…
