Everybody Out Of The Pool

So, we've been teasing you recently with art from our new release Curiouser And Curiouser: The Pool Of Tears, but we haven't really told you a lot about it - till now. If you are a fan of Alice In Wonderland buckle-up...

Eighteen-year-old Alice emerges from the pool of tears in Wonderland. Time-cursed Hatter leads Alice in her search for a way home and both realize they may be more than just friends as they become caught between the vain Queen of Hearts and the masked Red Queen in a mad race for the White Rabbit, each for their own ends. The Queen of Hearts wants the Watch of Wonderland to summon Time and the Red Queen is out to destroy the Rabbit Hole. Hatter blames Time for his tea addiction and realizes that the cure is within his grasp. Fighting mechanical chess pieces and eluding a deck of armed Suits, Alice and Hatter find the Cheshire Cat, whose answers only create more questions.

Greetings, Fluxers!

Just wanted to remind everyone that WTFC will be at Florida SuperCon this weekend. Please come out and see us. We promise to have all your favorite titles and merchandise available, and some spectacular convention exclusives and special surprises!

First up, of what we can mention, a collected comics bundle which will include all of our titles for one low low price. What's that price you ask? $12.00! The Universe Is Expanding!

WTFC has been working overtime on all kinds of new projects in house and abroad. One of our latest endeavors is with a wonderful group, Caliedo Comics. In collaboration with Caliedo we would like to officially announce the arrival of Bionary. Yes, we've mentioned the project before, but we didn't really get a chance to tell you much about it. Now that all the pieces are in place- It's SHOW TIME!

Bionary is the story of alien, twin sisters with super powers. They work for the Galactic Patrol in a galaxy not even close to here taking down the bad guys. There’s just one teensy, tiny problem... they have to learn to stop fighting with each other long enough to do their jobs. As with any siblings there is always rivalry; only difference, theirs is backed up with a super punch.

Free Comic Book Day at Past Present Future

I propose a challenge to everyone to attend, and as proof post a picture of yourself, family members, and/or friends clearly reading comics in a public place. No posing with a comic in front of a landmark or sign, etc. Now here's the fun part, as a bonus, if you are pictured reading a WTFC title, you will receive something special.

The challenge runs from Saturday, May 1st to Friday, May 7th.

What's Up with WTFC

Fellow Fluxer's
I promised an update for Tuesday but sadly I was unable to complete enough of the needed goings on to post until today.
First things first Our web site will be getting a bit of upgrades and updates very very soon. With that we are planning the release of between 3 to 5 web comics from the contacts we have made at MegaCon, announcements on that are forth coming as we finalize the details of each.
Bionary, previously named Binary Fuzz; will be available this Summer, in color and you can order it via WTFC website and Indy planet.com. We are also excited about this title as Javier Lugo will be trading out duties with myself for penciling and inking. You need to check out his art at www.jlugographics.com. As we get newer samples we will post them here.
On to WTFC direct items; Concrete Dove #1 Sold out at MegaCon, we are still on our first printing so do not panic. Trash #1 is planned for a Summer release and if you have not seen this book we recommend you go to www.indyplanet.com and pick it up. Buccaneers and Outlaws #1 are also headed for a Summer release. New Art on that also as they become available.
Keep a weather eye on the Site and Blob, we know you will like what happens.

MegaCon 2010 Closing notes...

Well Fluxers its closing time for MegaCon 2010 and it was a wonderful show!
WTFC would like to give special thanks to several for their efforts to help not only us but themselves to be successful in these rugged economic times. Thank you's to: Larry Watts for the awesome WTFC Shirts, Randy Taylor for your dedication and perserverence at developing ICCW into a rousing success, Rob Jones for all our wonderful inks to make Concrete Dove the the way she is, Ron Kerronian for taking the time to stop by for an interview for both WTFC and ICCW & Javier Lugo for your passion and drve to want to dive into a fledgling project; gentlemen you helped make things the success we had at this show.

Concrete Dove #1 Sold out!
Trash #0 from Jeramy Hobbs was a wonderful surprise hit!
Outlaws #0 and Buccaneers of the Stratosphere #0 were recieved fairly well and we hope the interest grows as more folks gett to see the books. We are in talks with three amazing and talented individuals that we hope to help develop their creative and visually cool stories, trust me you will love these new up and coming projects. We reviewed over 30 portfolios and discovered a large group of very talented folks right here in our own central florida backyard. More come on these folks as we are hoping to bring you their talent in the months to come.
Keep your eyes peeled on the WTFC Web site as we are headed for a face lift to reflect the progress we are making as a company.
